Your skipper and fishing charter guide - Bob Meyer
Bob Meyer is owner/operator of Silver Blue Charters Ltd. based out of Silva Bay on Gabriola Island,B.C.
He has fished the waters surrounding Gabriola Island for over 32 years. Bob writes a monthly area report for Island Fisherman Magazine and sends in weekly reports to the Sport Fishing Institute. He has appeared on BCTV and has done a T.V. show called Island Fishing. Bob is a participant on the Sport Fishing Advisory Board for the Nanaimo area and is a member of the Gabriola Island Chamber of Commerce and Nanaimo Tourism. He also contributes a yearly synopsis to the local "Tide Guide" and writes for the Gabriola Island newspapers "The Gabriola Flying Shingle" and "The Gabriola Sounder".
